Surface Mount
We provide a low cost surface mount PCB assembly service to companies who have either their own in-house assembly for conventional components or who require a complete sub-contract service but do not have access to surface mount assembly equipment.
We can place components down to industry standard chip size 0603 size, supplied in either tape, tubes or waffle trays. IC's can be placed down to 0.50 mm lead pitch using panel/image and component fiducial's for accurate placement.
Our surface mount assembly equipment consists of:
- Solder paste primer
- Quad IVc fully automatic precision 3600cph assembler with fiducial correction and lead inspection (3 cameras)
- Quantum 20 re-flow oven
- High magnification visual inspection equipment
